Review Appraisal is a specialty within the field of Real Estate Appraisal which has its own demands and fields of knowledge.

 

ARAC was founded to be a forum for those appraisers in the field, and also to be a gateway for appraisers wishing to add this specialty to their overall portfolio. It is the aim of ARAC to increase not only the visibility of this vital area of appraisal, but to elevate the standards and code of ethics associated with it.

 

A Mark of Excellence

The Accredited Review Appraisers Council grants a special designation to its members who have completed the strict requirements of the Council. The prestigious credential Accredited in Appraisal Review (AAR) is granted only to those members who have not only successfully completed the required education and testing, but have demonstrated their professional ability by presenting to the admissions committee of the Council a demonstration review appraisal report.

Ginger Blue Jungroth is a designated member and may use the term "AAR" (Accredited in Appraisal Review) after her name to indicate accredited or designated membership.
