Completed The NAIFA Certified Appraisal Review Program which sets a professional education and experience standard for all individuals involved in the review of real property appraisal reports.

Completed specialized training, education and along with experience I am one of the very few certified appraisal reviewers in the United States today.  Within the industry, individual financial institutions have incorporated various levels of appraisal review, but no single national proficiency or ethical standard had been established until now.  I have earned an Certified Appraisal Reviewer education, which alls me to display my commitment to higher education, because I believer in enhancing my ethical and professional experience standards. I believer in completing reports that meet the high standards of existing and potential clients, regulators and the entire appraisal industry as a whole.

My certification was obtained thru the NAIFA Certified Appraisal Review continuing educational courses administered by an approved Certified Instructor.  

I met all the requirements of the NAIFA Certified Appraisal Review Program, and I am a

which is given to those who are: 

• Real estate property appraiser
• Member in good standing with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (separate categories of membership are available for appraisers and other industry professionals).
